Email or the submitting your information through the booking form referenced above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.
We need anyone who wishes to confirm with this group to contact us to place a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person, which will secure your seat and your room at the resort.
We are working with a deposit deadline of July 11th, to make initial deposits into this group. We will be subject to rate reviews after the initial number have deposited.
The final payment date for this booking will be October 31st, 2013, or the rate will increase by $200 per person, and the final payment date will then be Feb 7th, 2014.
